I had a wonderful experience with Turbo Clean! They were able to schedule my appointment within a week and arrived at the time they said they would. Very nice and professional and my carpets look great!
I had read a bunch of reviews about different carpet cleaners and Turbo Clean by far had the best reviews. So I needed the carpet cleaned quickly and they got me in right away. I asked for Rick (since everyone in the reviews said he was great) and Rick was very pleasant and explained everything to me, pointed out my stains and he did a fabulous job 😀 I will definitely be using them again.
Was scheduled to have my kids 3 bedroom carpets cleaned. My oldest kids fell short on making sure their rooms were ready by the time he showed up. So, i only had my toddlers room done for the time being. On his way out, he offered to do my living room area rug(which I thought was a lost cause being that it’s white and was pretty run down) because he felt bad for only being able to do the one kids room. Was such a nice gesture. Rick did a great job, was very respectful & friendly! Highly recommend and will use again in the future!
We are so happy with our carpet cleaning service! Our second floor is all carpet and we have 3 dogs, 1 cat and 1 toddler…so it was looking very “lived in.” Not only does it smell cleaner but the stains are almost all gone or lightened significantly! Very pleased with our results! Rick was easy to work with and efficient. Absolutely recommend and will use Turbo Clean again in the future!(Embarrassed of the before pictures but amazed at the results! Our new baby’s room is cleaned and ready to be painted!)
This team is not only professional, but they do amazing work. We requested an estimate for a couple rooms with tile. They came out and did a free estimate of these rooms, as well as a spot test so we could see the impact their service would have. The estimate was a great price point and they were able to schedule us quickly. When they arrived to the home to clean our floors, they asked if I would be interested in our dining room chairs being cleaned as well. Those of you with young children know how dirty these chairs can get overtime 😬! Not only did our floors turn out amazing, but our dining room chairs looked brand new! This is not a service I was aware they offered initially, but I am so thankful that they asked. We definitely look forward to working with this team in the future. I highly recommend contacting them and scheduling an appointment for them to come out. You won’t regret it!
Tim and Ric were very professional, friendly, and told me everything they did, every step of the way. My carpets looked phenomenal when they were done. I will definitely have them back to clean my other rooms. I highly recommend them to all my family and friends. A five star rating and more!!!
Rick was nice and thorough, he answered all my questions and did a great job. The carpets are super clean now and the previous owners dog smells are mostly gone now. Here and there I still smell some when it gets hot and humid, but I think we’d need to replace the flooring to get that out. The carpets smell good now.I can wholeheartedly recommend Turbo Clean as a service.

Tim and Rick run a very customer-friendly business. They were personable, communicative, and easy to work with. The difference of cleanliness between before and after they left was night and day. My rental unit's tile and carpet was very dirty and after they left it looked next to new. They also informed me of the cleaning tools and processes. They have truck mount cleaning engine that's super powerful. The perfect zigzag lines they left in the carpet showed a pattern to their methodology and uniformity and looked professional. I had them scotch guard a new sectional as well. I shopped around and their prices are very reasonable. If you're reading this and looking for legit floor cleaning, definately pick Turbo Clean.
